- If the returned item is missing any parts or is damaged, you may have to cover the additional costs caused by the return or the return request may be rejected.
- The payment that had been made for the returned goods will be refunded within 3 to 7 days from the receipt of the returned goods.

- You cannot return products if one of the following reasons apply:
The user has caused the goods to be destroyed or damaged;
The value of the goods has fallen as a result of opening or damaging the package;
The packaging of goods that can be easily copied has been opened;
The value of the goods has fallen considerably by the user’s use or partial consumption.
- 1:1 exchange is not allowed. You must first return the item you wish to exchange, and once it is confirmed as a defective product, we will re-ship the same product.
① The Doosan Mobility Innovation Store shall install and operate a damage compensation processing department to reflect reasonable
opinions and complaint and compensate for damages of the users.
② The Doosan Mobility Innovation Store shall quickly process complaints and opinions submitted by the users. However,
when swift processing is not possible, the Doosan Mobility Innovation Store will notify the users of the reason of the delay and
when the processing is expected to be complete.
③ With regards to disputes related to e-commerce between the DMI Store and the users, when users make a request for relief,
the dispute may be resolved through the Korean Fair Trade Commission or a dispute resolution agency requested by mayors
